We are thankful to those who wish to serve with Charm City United. Here’s what we do:
- Receive and process food donations
  - Hand shredding rotisserie chickens for distribution
  - Preparing grilled food
  - Bagging items such as roles or cake slices
- Food and Drink Serving
- Assisting guests in food line
  - Serving as an extra set of hands to carry tray through serving line
  - Bag distribution
- Receive and process clothing donations
  - Go through clothing donations, removing any unusable items.
  - Lend a helping hand to guests by looking for sizes and clothing types
  - Assemble toiletry bags
- Setup and Cleanup
  - Setting up and breaking down of tables in serving areas
  - Labeling food donations
  - Organizing clothing by type
  - Bagging remaining clothing at conclusion of event
  - Trash disposal
